Return & Refund Policy

The short version

Gear you carry — compressors, hose kits, deflators — can be returned within 30 days. The Tri-Color Keytag ships back free. Parts that bolt to your truck are final sale, because fitment is the one thing we can confirm for you before you order and cannot undo after.

Returnable within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you — we cover return shipping. Email us for a prepaid label. Send it back unused, in the original packaging.

30-day returns: universal gear

These are not vehicle-specific, so they can be returned within 30 days of delivery, new and unused, in the original packaging:

• Single Air Compressor with Line Kit
• Twin Air Compressor (and Twin with Line Kit)
• Bunker Air Compressor Kit
• Quad Air Hose Kit
• Tire Deflator Kit

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item, typically within 5 business days.

Final sale: fitment parts

Anything that mounts to a specific truck is final sale once shipped — headlights, tail lights, blinkers, grilles, roof racks, ladders, cargo boxes, and fender flares. Every listing states its exact fitment for the 1996–2002 3rd gen, and we will happily confirm compatibility for your truck before you order. Ask first; we would rather answer a question than refuse a return.

Manufacturer defect warranty

Every product carries a manufacturer defect warranty. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect — or is damaged in transit — email 3g4roffroad@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description. Verified claims are resolved with a replacement of the affected item; if a replacement is unavailable, we refund it in full.

What is not covered: damage from improper installation, modification, or use beyond a product’s stated ratings; normal wear from off-road use; items purchased through third parties.

Order cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the terms above apply.
