All sales are final

All sales are final once your order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or fitment assumptions not confirmed before purchase. Please review product fitment notes carefully — every listing states its exact model-year fitment for the 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner (1996–2002) — and contact us before ordering if you have any fitment questions. We're happy to confirm compatibility for your specific truck.

Manufacturer defect warranty

Our products carry a manufacturer defect warranty. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — or is damaged in transit — contact us at 3g4roffroad@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
• A brief description of the issue

Verified defect and transit-damage claims are resolved with a replacement of the affected item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

What is not covered

• Damage from improper installation, modification, or use beyond the product's stated ratings
• Normal wear from off-road use
• Items purchased through third parties

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the all-sales-final policy applies.
