Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. During product launches or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we'll notify you by email.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For shipping inquiries outside the US, contact us at 3g4roffroad@gmail.com before ordering.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of the shipment email, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Oversized items (such as roof racks) may ship via freight carriers with different delivery procedures — we'll coordinate details with you by email when applicable.
Damaged in transit
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us at 3g4roffroad@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll work with you on a replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us immediately if you catch an error — if the order hasn't shipped, we can usually correct it.
